Lynn Scoles

Lynn is a highly effective coach and facilitator who draws upon 30 years of experience as a medical practitioner to consult on issues relating to resilience, balance, peak performance and maximising workplace effectiveness.
Lynn works with individuals and teams to better understand their sources of well-being to have greater vitality, productivity and energy in their daily lives and achieve fulfilment in their workplaces. She is a key note speaker at numerous forums addressing work/life balance, resilience and stress management. In tandem with her medical practice, Lynn has coached executives in both private and public sectors from CEO to middle management levels for more than 15 years.
Lynn’s consulting work includes working with a major health network on a customised 360-degree survey and contributing to the design and facilitation of a suite of change management, team development and leadership programs. She has been an action learning project facilitator and coach at a major public utility as well as developing and leading MBTI workshops.
In her spare time, Lynn enjoys being creative and has recently taken up drawing classes. This creativity also extends to textiles and foods (she has a great love of eating!). Now that her two children have largely been steered into adulthood she is rediscovering her love of travel.
Lynn’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (University of Melbourne); Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP); Diploma in Obstetrics (Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists); and Executive Diploma Business Coaching (NBIA) along with accreditation in the use of a number of psychometric assessment tools.
